Lucy brings practical experience across mortgage and commercial lending, appraisal, property valuation, distressed real estate, lien analysis, payoff and servicing histories, and property-resolution strategy. She founded Forensic Property Defense Group to turn scattered property records into a clear, source-supported factual picture.

Her work begins with the decision the owner or professional must make. The analysis then reconstructs the loan, title, servicing, valuation, foreclosure, and equity record; separates verified facts from assumptions; and identifies the questions that belong with the appropriate licensed professional.

How Lucy approaches a file

Begin with source documents, dates, money, title, deadlines, and the owner’s practical objective.
Build a chronology that connects each material statement to the supporting record.
Distinguish an inconsistency from proof, and proof from a legal conclusion.
Put valuation, liens, equity, and possible property exits beside the legal and servicing questions.
Route legal claims, appraisal conclusions, title opinions, tax advice, and licensed transactions to independently engaged professionals.
